Our Story
Elementree was founded in February 2019 through a successful partnership between Linnovate Group (Israel) and a team of experienced developers from Belarus.
Today, Elementree unites over 60 specialists, including developers, analysts, engineers, and managers. The company specializes in the development and implementation of modern IT solutions, helping organizations build, scale, and maintain digital products.
Our strategic partner, Linnovate, is an international developer of enterprise systems based on Open Source technologies. Their solutions are used by organizations worldwide to boost efficiency, improve collaboration, and drive digital transformation processes.

Open Positions
QA Engineer (Manual)
Responsibilities:
– 5+ years of experience in Testing;
– 2+ years of hands-on experience in Test Automation;
– Solid experience with Playwright/Selenium for web automation;
– Strong understanding and practical experience with SQL for database testing;
– Knowledge of English at B2 level or higher;
– Candidates coming from any programming background (including Java and JavaScript) are encouraged to apply, with the critical expectation of quickly becoming proficient in Python for primary development.
– Experience with LLMs would be a big plus.
Requirements:
– Develop and execute test plans;
– Conduct exploratory testing: production-like datasets, use
cases (GA4 events, advertising platform data, CRM integrations etc.,);
– Implement fixes for prompt-related issues: SQL validation, AI agents
consistency behavior;
– Document: bugs, system behaviors, feature requirements.
Senior Full – Stack Developer
Responsibilities:
– Build complex, async applications;
– Write clean, maintainable C# backend code for application logic;
– Develop rich data visualization and editing interfaces;
– Design and implement applications that handles complex business logic, state management and
user workflows;
– Integrate with AI/LLM systems and handle real-time communication (SignalR, WebSockets);
– Work with PostgreSQL databases.
Requirements:
– 5+ years of professional full-stack development experience (production applications);
– Knowledge of Angular (TypeScript, RxJS, state management patterns);
– C# backend experience: .NET Core/ASP.NET, Web APIs;
– Knowledge of English at Upper – Intermediate level.
Nice to Have:
– Azure cloud services experience;
– Previous startup experience or ability to thrive in ambiguity.
